Kissing is part of the cuddles for us. On top of her head which she loves. I’m a little disappointed that I don’t get the head bump directly to my face that my husband gets (he feeds her in the mornings). Bumps happen everywhere else.

I never thought I would do something so unhygienic as kiss a cat, but I do now! Barney loves kisses and cuddles first thing on a morning

    Always kissed my cats! :D

If you blow kisses and do the slow blink at the same time, they learn what kisses mean! I used to blow a kiss at Dom and he blinked back or rubbed his head on me for a kiss. :Cat This is an old one of me and my Domino. :Happy

@Saffycat, I kiss my cats but do draw the line at kissing them on the mouth/lips, LOL (am not keen on fishy breath or meaty breath! :D)

My favourite places to kiss are the tops of their heads and their tummies! ;)

Of course. I like to start at the top of the head and drop little kisses all down the backs of their bodies while murmuring their names and singing their songs. I do this three or four times (or more, however many the cat will tolerate) in repetition. They respond with great pleasure, arching into me and purring, with trills or prrrrts, or whatever their personal sounds are. I like to finish up with a snuffle into the flank.

    I call this Raptures.

Love the photo! Feel free to add any more kissing photos xx :Cat

I like to put my face into her tummy fur, I guess that’s like an indirect kiss. I can’t quite think of mouth to mouth with Saf either....;)

Oh, when they sit on your lap and bump their heads up for a kiss!

PS That snuffle into the flank, if I do it too long, often gets me a whack on the head with a paw. I do it too long on purpose, I love that head-whack. :D

My husband isn’t used to cats and we found out early on by accident that Saf loves being “manhandled”. If you rough her up while petting her on her flank and stomach (while she’s standing up) she keeps coming back for more. However, if my husband pats Saf absentmindedly he will definitely get a smack :Hilarious

I go to kiss Eevee and she puts her head down and I kiss her head, I get head bumps in the morning. I think I draw the line at kissing on lips. Eevee if she's in a sooky mood will head bump my face and puts her lips on mine and I still tell her to go away. She always tries to get in my face and I just don't like it.

I’m a little envious. I don’t get the head bumps to the face. She does rub her cheeks and mouth all over me (whatever part of me is sticking out of the duvet). I usually wake up feeling her teeth scraping over my skin. That’s why I’d rather have the head bumps!

On the head only, especially as they are outdoor cats and I don’t know what they’ve been rolling in or brushing against, and they use their mouths for cleaning etc. I then wipe my lips. I have to kiss their heads as they are irresistible and Max seems to know it’s a sign of affection as I get head bumps back.

Unfortunately Max doesn’t like any singing, and I do like singing my version of “If I were a boy....” except my version is “if I were a cat.....” :D:Cat. I’ve got stuck on a few lines of my song, so if anyone has any suggestions for it, please do tell :)

Soooo many head bumps for everyone! My friend gets them on request. She’s trained her cat to bump her when she puts her head down and says “bump”

Singing seems to go with kissing as a theme here...it sounds so romantic :)

Head kisses definitely! Head bumps hmmm - not when a NFC in a mood does it full force in your face because you won't get up/give her what she wants, then it can be painful!

Yes I do! Not on the lips though.
Iv is an A1 head bumper and loves a fuss. Blue likes me rubbing my face against hers. She lets you know when enough is enough!

Not technically a kiss, but can't resist adding it to this thread

Would that be like getting head bumps from Aslan? That would be cool :)
