When you go to bed and 2 hours later you get up and feel wide awake.... and you really don't wanna be up because you have work in like 14 hours and it means you have to stay awake for a stupid amount of hours?

I think what happens (for me anyway) is that I feel very tired, drop off to sleep but wake up a couple of hours later, initial tiredness relieved but then something pops into my head and brain starts buzzing with thoughts. Cannot get back to sleep then. Worse still in these hot nights.

I always wake up feeling really refreshed, check the clock thinking Ive slept for hours and hours.....then realiese Ive gotten the hands the wrong way round and Ive only slept for an hour or two..:(
By that time Im already in awake mode.. and I just cant do napping. I need total silence and dark or complete exhaustion to sleep properly..

I did that the other night.
Apart from I didn't have to get up for anything, so I wasn't bothered.

Im the complete opposite. I stay up late and then get really awake and don't wanna go to sleep, so end up lying there for ages wondering whether I should just get up and not bother sleeping at all. Then I fall asleep and cannot get up in the morning!
