you can actually do a proper poll if you want and all the results will be together at the top of the page.

not sure what to vote, I used to breed border collies but havent for a fiew years, I have a bitch thats 1 year 3 months and a 7 month old dog with a view to breeding again if they prove suitable when old enough. So it depends on this.

I don't undrstand the categories where it refers to 'am KC registered' ?? Breeders are not KC registered breeds are? Do you mean havea registered kennel name/affix?

I ticked the first option as it was the only one mentioning showing and breeding?

We breed Border Collies but we're ISDS (International Sheepdog Society) Reg'd and therefore don't fit into any of the poll categories;)

i ticked the first option but wasnt sure if you ment accredited breeders ,which i cant be bothered with ,as long as i abide by my breed clubs guidelines i dont see why i should give the kc anymore money

That is just how I feel, my breed clubs code of ethics is much stronger than the KC requirements so why should I line the KC's pockets to prove I am doing less than I have always done.

Now if they gave Ethical breeders a discount on their fees for having high standards then I could see the point.

After all most serious breeders pay every year to keep their affix going, that's money for nothing. Some people have an affix and don't even breed and what does the kennel club give them for their money each year?

We was thinking of using our short haired black and tan Chihuahua as a stud dog but we are not sure yet.

Georgie and dino have been done.

I have bred two foals and that was stressfull enough!
