Farmer Gows Activity Farm, Fernham Road, Longcot, nr Faringdon, SN7 7PR

This fun family day out will include a range of childrens activities, games, craft and food stalls as well as a fun dog show!

Dizzy aims to provide a fun, family day out whilst highlighting some of the problems faced by rescues in the UK, both dog and the smaller animals and hopefully leading to better understanding and education. Profits will be going towards the Large Breed Dog Rescue.

Entry is open from 10am, costing just £1 for entry with 12 and unders free. Dogs are obviously very welcome!

Hope to see some of you there! for more details check Home - Dizzy Dogs Day or follow Dizzy Dogs Day on facebook.

Bump! This event is really close now and shaping up to be a good one :)

Any rodent lovers may also be interested as Scritches Rat and Rodent Rescue and Crittery will have a stall.

I'm also there as a representative of the newly created BEMA (British Exotic Mammal Association) so do stop by for a chat if you have an interest in this area as well.

We've also got a rep from Pledge a Pound too, raising money for the bunnies :)

Not an official update, but just to add - if any pet forumites came along, thank you! It was a very good day, lovely to see so many people enjoying yourself and I hope it helped raise awareness for a good few decent rescues as well as the under-represented rodent ones.
