How are her teets? Is she still lactating?
Can you give us any more information as to why mum and pups have been seperated? They should be together for at least 8 weeks.
If there's absolutely no way they can be together all you can do is distract her, give her lots of attention and regular excersise.
She's really had a lot of trauma, suddenly removed from her litter and rehomed, that's a lot to cope with poor girl.
Since she is fine when you are with her I would suggest you continue to sleep with her for a few weeks at night. Either have her in your room, or if you don't want her in there, sleep on the couch or floor, where ever it is you are having her stay overnight.

Can I ask how she came to be with you in this situation, just out of interest?
