I dont really know what you should do, the best thing is to clean the wet bits out and put in dry bedding, maybe put some of the bedding thats in the hutch already that is dry to have the mums scent on it. Put some food in with mom to keep her distracted, my rabbit didnt mind from day1 when i went near the babies, but all rabbits are diff. maybe remove the hutch from the rain, put it in a shed if u have one to prevent the rain getting in again.
    hope this helps.

Sorry to hear about the little one who died.Sometimes the kits hang on to a teat and get dragged away from the nest then get cold and die. It is really sad when you find this happen.
As for the wet bedding you will need to keep as much dry as you can and replace the wet.Is the nest all wet as if not I would scoop this up in as much of one piece as poss and put in clean dry bedding and replace the nest s disturbing the nest as little as possible.
If it is all wet you are limited to what you can do as wet bedding will not be good for the babies.

very difficult one can you put a very cold heater underneath to dry things out? I wouldnt want to disturb the nest or move the hutch
