Just passing this on, as I'm sure Sarah and co will be grateful for any participants.

I've just copied and pasted what was in the email; I don't know anything about the survey questions as I've not taken it myself (I haven't had a cat undergo dentistry in the last 18 months):

    HAVE YOU TAKEN OUR NEW
    FELINE DENTISTRY SURVEY?
Our survey is open to all cat
    owners with recent experience
of dental treatment in thier cat
    within the last 18 months
If you have already taken our
survey ~ thank you very much,
    your time is most appreciated!

If not, we are conducting research
into the dental care that cats receive,
both at the veterinary clinic and at
    home. In particular we are
    interested in your experience
    of veterinary treatments (for
    instance, scaling and polishing
of teeth and extractions) and the
impact this treatment had on your
    cat’s quality of life.

    Please only complete one survey
per household. If more than one
of your cats has had dental
treatment within the last 18 months,
    please complete this questionnaire
considering the cat that had dental
    treatment most recently.

There are 24 questions and we
    estimate that completing this
    questionnaire will take between
    10-15 minutes.

My boys haven't needed a dental as yet at their last checkup Vet asked if they had had a dental as their teeth were so clean for 5. I have an old toothbrush in the bathroom and Piper chews it every morning wonder if that's helped his teeth stay good:Cat
