    Glad to see they disagree on the subject of protected animals; should give dog owners a bit of relief re invading cats................

    I was particularly interested in Para 13, pg 6, which seems to provide some leverage against BYBs only breeding for profit.

    Glad about cats I do my best to avoid incidents but id begrudge others pets having more freedom than my own on my property.

    I personally don't see why kids should be allowed to collect a ball or neighbours cuttings without permission, we always had to go and ask neighbours for lost toys and think its good to teach kids its not ok to tresspass. If its so insecure that young kid could wander in (and not fence hop) or dog escape then think makes more sense.
