Good luck, my mother in law has lost 3 and a half stone on this points system, just one thing..if your eating the ready meals which they sell which are done in the points system Iceland sells them for 1 pound each meal, and does the cakes and puddings too for a pound which i think is cheaper than other places;)

When I was on WW, my sister gave me a fridge magnet with a pic of a huge pair of drawers on and the phrase "Little pickers wear big knickers" on it. Every time I was tempted to raid the fridge this certainly put me off!! Good luck x

I am starting WW on Thursday. I was doing it a few months ago by going to meetings. Then I decided to do it from home but I just don't have the willpower!!

My Long and Bumpy Journey - Home This website is brilliant and gives you points for restaurants.

Buy the w/w shopping guide book, it's really helpful and lists alomst EVERYTHING. I lost ana average of 4lbs a week with w/w. it's totally worth it!!! and they are now doing a HUGE range of cake bars etc which are quite nice (apart from the victoria sponges which are minging)!!!!!!

Make sure you do eat your full points allowance as when it comes to reducing them you'll find it harder to shift the weight!

Good luck!!!!! I think I still have my shopping book and a the eating out point guide, pm me if you want it (if I can find them xxx)
