Dawn has lost her babies

    Poor Dawn has miscarried at four weeks - two perfectly formed translucent kittens with all four paws and tail visible, about an inch long. She is now looking for Cassie's nine week old kittens to mother :crying:

    So sorry to hear this. Our girl lost one kitten she had right on her due date of 29th. He looked absolutely perfect but at a whopping 193g far too big. Vet reckons she reabsorbed others early on. Bless she's been a wee star. Hope your girls ok

    Thank you all. Dawn is fine, obviously I shall have to watch her for any signs of infection, but these things do happen. I have experienced it at least twice before (possibly three times) and in each case the cat carried to term next time without any difficulty, so hopefully that will be the case here.
