    Being neutered.
He tried to escape once we were through the doors. But he sat and waited in the kennel when I asked him to. He was quivering. I felt so bad for leaving him there :(

I have to phone at 2 and see how he is.

Well both mine love to eat raw bits of pepper and onion.
I make it with choped tomatos and don't add any salt or anything to it.
They won't be getting much, just enough to make their dinner tasty :)

When we had Bailey done, he didn't care that we left him there, he was really happy lol.
It was horrible though cos he wasnt allowed to eat or drink for 12 or so hours before, which meant he wasn't allowed any food like that afterwards.
He was only allowed scrambled egg, chicken or rice when he got home and a limited amount of water.
I think he was back on to his normal food the next day though.

Dave was allowed his dinner the night before, and he get's his breakfast at about 8 so I think that's more why he was upset- he hates it when his food is late!

I'm off to get some shopping now then collect him.

Aww lucky. I guess vets do it differently.
Bailey wasn't very happy that he couldn't eat or drink after a certain time and couldn't have breakfast.

Aww poor Dave. If he's anything like my lads they didn't even notice their lack of 'bits'!! Even Sumo who was an ex-breeding dog wasn't bothered!! Lots of TLC and loving tonight and he'll be bouncing again by tomorrow!!!:D

He feels very sorry for himself. I could see him walking next to the nurse allong the corridor and he was just walking beside her, looking in every door. Then he had a huge grin on his face when he saw me and OH through the last door :D and dragged the nurse through it!

Dixie is very pleased to see him, she has curled up next to him.

The vet said I can feed half his normal dinner but he is starving now, he didn't get breakfast, and he knows he hasn't had it. He follows me every time I go through the door and stands infront of the cupboard. He has been contantly whining since. So I will have to give him a handfull or two.

Well I fed him a third of what he usualy gets for dinner, one piece at a time over 15 minutes as I don't want him being sick!
He has calmed down a bit now but knows he missed the lunch time walk so want's to go out. At least he has stopped whinig!
Will have to take him a slow walk round the block, vet said no running or jumping about for a couple of days.

    Aww bless him.

I remember when picking Bailey up, he was happy to see us, but looked so drowsy, then he cried all the way home and cried pretty much all night until he finally settled to sleep.

I also remember the nurse saying no jumping and all that. That was the hardest bit, he kept jumping on and off the sofa. At least the wound and stitches didn't bother him.

Will Dave have to wear one of them collars? We were lucky, Bailey didn't bother to lick down there or anything.
