Im thinking of changing to the choice chunks from daf rather than the actual lumps of meat ie liver and kidney.

Is there the correct offals in this mix, like 50% liver and 50% kidney?

I have no idea what the mix is. It is quite pale compared to liver and kidney, so I suspect there is quite a lot of lung in there, though that's a guess. I'd stick to actual meats if I were you, to ensure they had enough liver & kidney etc.
