Has anyone bought this before? I'm wondering how big it is, and roughly how much it would weigh. DAF also sell 1kg lamb bones for £1.30, and this half lamb rib thing costs £1.

I bought Lamb ribs from Lincs (supplied by DAF) for £4 and received this.

If you ask Phoolf, she has just received some Lamb Ribs about 2 weeks ago from DAF. If she's still got them that is.

The lamb ribs I got were roughly 7-8 ribs long, maybe 9" in length. I chopped them up so there was about 3-4 ribs on each and portioned it out that way instead of giving her a big hunk of ribs.

Great, thanks both - sounds like it could work out cheaper than the lamb bones so I think I'll try one out on my next order. Do you use some kind of cleaver to cut them up Phoolf, or will a normal kitchen knife work?

Normal kitchen knife went through them for me.
