Over the years, I have eaten a number of exotic food. These include:-
    Crocodile (without the chips)
    Buffelo
    Honeypot ants
    Shark
    Swordfish
    Snails and
    Scarab beetle.
It would be interesting to hear about the more exotic food you have sampled.

On top of the shark, buffalo, crocodile, swordfish and snails that you have listed (have tried all of them)

Things that instantly spring to mind are:

    Kangaroo
    Ostrich
    Snake
    Sweetbreads
    Bulls Penis

Note to anyone reading this.... If you get the chance to try bulls penis DON'T DO IT!!!! It tastes sour and is really chewy, however, I always take the logic that I will try anything once!!

I ate a live mealworm at college for a dare.

I'd be willing to try other meats (as long as from a sustainable source, and humanely reared and slaughtered) but they are astronomically priced.

I know my brothers eaten dog :(

Tried smoked puffin at a work dinner once.
Horse, whale and putrefied shark was also on offer. We were all in Iceland at a traditional restaurant.

I've heard that crocodile tastes pretty good. All the red-necks who hunt them on the swamps cook them up in massive pots of stew, would love to try it:D

It has the texture of fish and tastes a bit like chicken.

It's called Hákarl in Iceland and it smelt vile but from most reports the taste was OK if you held your nose

Oh my god I am so boring! I have only ever eaten a horse burger on holiday and that was only because I didn't realise it was horse meat. I cried after when my grandad told me what it was

    Springbok
    Impala
    Zebra
    Gemsbok
    Kudu
    Sable

I've also tried crocodile and ostrich.

I count myself as pretty lucky in that I get to eat some of our own slightly more unusual game, other than phessies and partridge, I've had duck, goose, hare, rabbit and woodcock, off the top of my head, venison goes without saying really.
