My pet Mar a duke has developed conic arthritis. He is a 4 year old knune knune. So far we have try ed him on bute, metacam, and steroids, along with paracetamol, devils claw, vet E, and glucosamine. Not all at the same time!!
Sadly I still have a very lame and the vet is saying there isn't anything more to be done.
Has anyone any advice or sensible ideas ?
    Carole

Hi Carole, is Marmaduke a cat or a dog ? If you can clarify I'll move this query to the appropriate section of the forum where it will get more responses.

IF this is a dog, There are a number of things you can do. I have a friend who is an animal physiotherapist and tells me she can do wonders with dogs that struggle. Alongside this I sell Trophy Pet Foods and there are a number of these foods that have the nutritional benefits a dog such as yours would need. I don't know what area of the country you are in, we are in Cheshire. If near let me know and will link you to the food and the therapist!
