Clicker training, not going well.

    Trying to teach Molly 'sendaway' in the garden, but there was a problem!!!
    Jenny chook kept nicking the treats

    Haha, that's funny, and cute. My dog would just think the chook was his treat probably and I wouldn't see him again!

    Oooh, did you have to ask I make thinks up as I go along:p
    Molly had to wait and watch me place the treat, I led her to the mat and after she'd eaten it I asked for a down. I then clicked and treated again. After a couple I said Away but still went with her. I've stopped the first treat now, she only gets one for a down on the mat. She is still learning though.
    Jenny chook does a perfect send away but I'm having trouble with the 'down':lol:

    Thanks, that makes perfect sense - I'm always looking for new things o try with Kenzie.

    That made me splatter my soup all over the table! :eek:
