Bake a Camembert in the oven until the insides melt then dip apple in - yummy

Also I love Gorgonzola and Blue Brie
But a really strong cheddar is just delicious :)

If your not brave enough for stilton but you want to try a blue cheese I would go for a Danish Blue.

White stilton with apricots is yummy and sweet.

  8. My favourite blue cheese is castillo blue, its kinda like a blue brie

I love wensleydale too, and the wensleydale with cranberries crumbled on some french toast is yummy!

Coverdale ewes milk cheese is good too! My lad had a dairy allergy so we experimented! I like a nice soft fresh goats cheese too!

I like you found cheese appreciation came with age.
Uncut brown knobly bread with Brie and tomatoes... bliss
Of course all the fluffies love cheese.

If you like stilton, try tallegio - italian blue cheese, very creamy and totally delicious.

My favourite smoked cheese is applewood smoked cheddar, you can find it in most supermarket delis :) but since OH put his cold smoker together he can smoke Lidl's cheap-as-chips cheddar and make it taste amazing!
