i usually feed him wet food first, and later on he’ll eat dry food, from pedigree. i know he won’t starve im just worried that he’s sick or something

My girl does this sometimes, usually means she's bored with the food or it just doesn't tempt her.
Could you add something tasty, like a couple of sardines and mix iit up?
To be honest Pedigree isn't the best food for him, have a look here.
https://www.allaboutdogfood.co.uk/ Look for something over 4, Pedigree has a lot of cheap fillers in it.

I don’t blame him, if I were a dog I wouldn’t want to eat pedigree either lol. Could be pedigree he isn’t keen on. Try something like lily’s kitchen.

Are you by any chance offering him more food than he needs?
Try making his meals a little smaller so that he is hungry and waiting for his next meal:rolleyes:

for some reason i couldn't reply to this until today because it kept telling me it was spam or something bad, so i can finally thank you for bringing to my awareness that pedigree isn't that great of quality, i really had no idea so i'll search for some better quality food now! thank you so much!
