If I need to change my vet to another one, can I do that and keep my existing pet plan insurance? Or do I have to start a new claim, please any advice will be appreciated.

Keep your insurance going. When you change vets, your new vets will ask for your animals history from the previous vets. Any ongoing conditions that you are claiming for, if any, will be honoured by your insurance. To claim for a new condition will be exactly the same. There you go, hope that helps.
