Me and my brother are going to be changing our names, well surnames soon, so I've just been checking it all out.

And it really amazes me that you can actually have silly names lol.

A woman changed her name to Pudsey Bear, someone elses name is now Jellyfish McSaveloy, another guy is now Hong Kong Phooey and another is Yellow-Rat Foxysquirrel Fairydiddle.

I find these quite amusing, but at the same time, there could be plenty of people out there with weird and wonderful names.

So was just curious, if you could change your name to something silly etc, what would you change it to?

Can I ask how much it is to change your name? It used to be really expensive but think its much cheaper now?

I think it's just £13, but I need to look in to that, as I haven't looked properly.

EDIT: From what it says, it's £13 then £1 for each legal copy ordered.

Mine won't be exciting either, though I just spoke to my mum about it and I said maybe I should change it to something interesting, she said no :( lol

£13 is cheap! I'm surprised more people dont do it, I always liked the name Summer for a first name.

Lol, yeah, until I get asked if I'm related to Tony Blair lol, as it's my mum's last name.

But then again, it's better than being asked if I'm part of my dad's side of the family. It's a bit of a long story, but I'd rather not be known as one of them and I know it might sound a bit bad, but oh well lol.

    Is that all?

I think i might go for it. Although it seems a lot of hassle, bank cards and stuff. Im too lazy i think.

It does seem a lot of hassle, especially as literally every bank card, passport and all other documents are brand new already.
