I've just seen this in a news paper, there are some sick B*****ds about.

A 14 year old deaf cat called Jim-Jim from Wolverhampton, returned to his home on Wednesday covered in blood, an x-ray showed a pellet lodged in his small intestine. Jim-Jim is expected to make a full recovery and is due to go home today. But it could have been so different.

And they don't want to ban pellet guns.:mad5::mad5::mad5:

I'm pleased to report that Jim-Jim has made a complete recovery - as I type this she is sitting snoozing on the windowsill.

She was a very long time in the operating theatre, but within two days was pestering me to go out, and within a week was jumping on and off the extension roof. She also decided to save the vet the trouble of having to take her stitches out...

I've been amazed by the number of people who have picked up on her story (and only one of them was not horrified by her ordeal).

I'm probably preaching to the converted here, but thank goodness for per insurance: the vet's bill was over eighteen hundred pounds. And worth every penny, I add.
