    Hi Everyone!

Just a quick post to see if anyone knows of a good cat groomer in the Cheshire area as everyone that I have contacted tends to deal with dogs only!

    Thanks

My mum lives in Chester and had the same problem. Don't think she ever found anyone so just decided to try it herself. She didn't do great.

Maybe go to a show in your area. A groomer may be there or one of the breeders might know of one. I think a cat show is in Chester on 8th August, could try going to that.

I'm in Winsford and no luck at all in my area!

I have managing to keep her nice and tidy by brushing her but I am hoping to get her to a couple of shows soon so really need her doing properly.

I am planning on going to the Chester Cat Show so will definately ask around and hope I can find someone.

    Thanks for the advice.

If you speak to some Birman breeders, I am sure some of them will be able to help you out with doing it yourself. It is certainly worth learning rather than forking out £30 for a show entry, £20+ for a groom & that is before you look at travel expenses & show programmes. :)

I'm sure its not £30 to just look around a cat show.

Not to look around but they said they want to show & it IS £30 to show.
