I'm very tempted by a Gozney dome. Would you recommend one? I wondered if the gap into the oven restricts cooking thinks like roasts?
Hi @BarneyBobCat sorry for not getting back, currently in France kayaking the Ardeche 😊. It’s a great bit of kit and is the best pizza oven we’ve had. Yes there is a limit to cooking anything high, but we’ve successfully cooked spatchcock chicken and butterfly lamb. We put the meat on a low cast iron grill.I'm very tempted by a Gozney dome. Would you recommend one? I wondered if the gap into the oven restricts cooking thinks like roasts?
