Megan has arthritis in her knee (following an operation she had 2 years ago).

While researching this we established that laminate floor (which we had in every room downstairs) was the worse thing for her. So, last week we had carpet fitted in the lounge and the difference in Megan was noticeable from the start.

She seems a lot more confident on her feet and doesn't struggle to get up like she used to.

    Well worth it! ;)

laminate has its advantages but a dog with poorly kegs will struggle on it as there is hardly any traction.

with the carpet she isnt struggling to get a grip and the strain on her joints is far far less.

i'd recommend carpet for any dog that has leg or hip problems.

omg typo alert. i put kegs instead of legs lol. sounds better to me lmao.
