Well folks, nearly home time & I will soon be like Tom and be Cruising right on out of here but, before I go, I thought I would share this with you.

It came to mind because I have my Christmas Card from my cats sitting on my desk & a passing colleague has just had a look and a laugh at it.

I always get cards from my cats - birthday, Mothers Day, Christmas - and I wondered who else had managed to train their furbabies to do this.

In the meantime, here is the above mentioned Christmas Card. It STILL makes me laugh...... :D

    That's a fab card!
Ari doesn't send me any card and if she did I'm sure it would be a bit chewed and drooled at the edges. No paper is safe here at home.

If you're on Facebook then 'like' Bertrum Thumbcat (from the cravendale ads) he's designing his own range of cards for 'Cats Day' (like mothers day but for cats)

I 've always had cards from my furbabies.
At xmas i got an xmas pressy which was a tin of sardines:D
The mothers Day card had a verse in it which said this:

    Thanks for looking after us,
    Feeding us when we're hungry,
playing with us when we're bored,
searching for us when we're lost,
making sure we are safe when your're away,
taking us to JB (vet) when we are sick,
letting us your bed when we are tired,
    cleaning up after us,
    cleaning our litter trays,
giving us lovely beds and blankets,
and letting us out and in and out and in.

    We love you lots. xx

Nice to be appreciated. Life would just not be the same with out them they give so much to me as well.

WOW!!!! Where did they learn such a great vocabulary AND be able to write it all down????

I AM impressed! It's as much as my two can do to write their names.....

But I am NOT complaining... No Siree. :nono: I am eternally grateful for their thoughtful consideration. As any good slave should be... :D

I have never had a card from the cat but we always sign ours from him as well and draw a paw print, no one in the family thinks it's odd :D

My cat is thoughtless and heartless :cryin: She takes me for granted and what do I get in recognition of my devotion - nothing :cryin:

William got me the best card ever for mothers day. A cardboard cut out of a ginger cat carrying a teeny weeny love heart shaped card in its mouth. God knows where OH (Ahem, I mean William) got it from!

We both receive Birthday/Xmas cards and presents from OH's parents dog :D The generous little scamp also gave William a Xmas present last year. His gift wrapping skills are excellent!
