Some leather collars have a metal strip studded along the length of it, you can have that engraved at a key cutters ;) No jangling! Or you can get heavy duty platic ones that are quiet too

I'll try and find you a pic

  5. I brought an engraved tag whereby the collar slides through the back! This would be the type that would be used for agility and other sports whereby they should be nothing dangling down! It cost very little - approx £3 including engraving!

Oh yes, forgot about those! Our vets sell them (well have the postal order forms :))

    They're gorgeous!!
Although I wouldn't have your dog's name on a tag, this is one way of checking proof of ownership if necessary (stolen/lost etc)and if your dogs are anything like mine, once you know her name she's all yours :eek:hmy:

This web site sells really good tags and tag scilencers - little rubber edges to stop the jangling Collars and Tags Ltd

First collars, u can also use a perminent marker n write on a fabric one.
Tag...ur contact number n ur vets cintact number also if hes microchipped mention that.
dont put address on as if dodgy person finds ur dog they could think its an oppertunity to go to ur house n nik stuff!
