Have you stockpiled cat food just in case we go into quarantine?

I ordered Friday, and it come yesterday, not a stockpile though just a usual order. I haven’t even worked out how long what I have will last.

I'm scared once we go into quarantine it'll be harder to order / there will be delays.

I've been ordering from different companies for a couple of weeks now though if we're confined for a long period, I doubt it will last.

I ordered From Zooplus on Monday, being delivered tomorrow, will give me a decent amount in stock.

I use Fetch for their Royal Canin dry, can’t get delivery of that till 29th.

I have ordered 6 months worth of litter for my 2 little girls and another 4 months of food. Bringing food to 5 months stockpile and litter to 6.5.

the reason why I ordered so much litter is because my girls cough, sneeze, wheeze and have runny eyes when using bentonite clay based clumping litter. I moved them away to using wood based and they're not ill anymore like they used to be.

I got emails saying the orders will be delayed, but they were showing as in stock yesterday. I mean, it should be accurate, because some were out of stock and other lines had been removed from the website all together. so what's left when I ordered should have been accurate.

Please don't stock pile, it takes food away others. Just like grocery shopping, buy what you need. Deliveries will not stop, even in quarantine

Yep, stockpiling is what has caused all the problems in the Supermarkets.

I placed my normal order last Sunday (well I say normal, I can't get the litter I want - someone must be stockpiling that), and box 1 of 2 came yesterday.

Not a dickie bird about the other one though. The one with the food in. Ah well, I'm sure it will turn up.

Well, I often order direct from manufacturers rathe than pet supermarkets. I also use Fetch, very occasionally Pets At Home, Waitrose Pet (separate website to Waitrose shopping), Amazon

Completely agree. This is my normal order bar one extra set of 6 of a new food I want to try.
Purchased 400g tins instead of 200g, that's why I said it'll last longer than usual.

Oh dear, they are continuing in Spain, Italy and Germany. I'm not in contact with many French breeders so didn't know about France

False alarm. The two companies in question are stopping their deliveries as they rely on you going to pick up points
However, I'm a little nervous Rufus as there have been rumbling sounds over this. I will keep you updated as France seems to follow just behind Italy in measures, and a step ahead of the English speaking countries. Xx
