They have been very sneaky and said that the rabbit is not for sale and you need to message them seperately about him/her so they might not have broken any rules:mad:, I wonder what their plans are if the cage sells and the buyer doesn't want the bunny. He/she looks like such a cutie as well:(.

this is the reply i got:

as stated i am not selling the rabbit on ebay!!! im selling the
cage! and its not my rabbit its a neighbours and as a favour i am
looking for a better home for it rather than it go to the vets and
be p[ut down, i am a massive animal lover and a vegatarian i
would not see this rabbit go to a bad home hense the reason I
am searchin for a new home 4 it and not jus leaving it to get
poked and prodded by the little girl it is currently with, and like i
stated i am selling the cage NOT the rabbit! so keep yor wig on!
but it is nice to c your concern for animals, thank u

they dont seem to realise they are still selling through ebay as that is where they are advertising!!!! some people are so stupid!!!!! unfortunatly it has ended before ebay could remove it, someone bid at ten pounds, not sure if they took the rabbit too!! poor bun

This is the response i got

"the rabbit is being very well looked after, and it was sold to the owner with that cage FROM A PET SHOP so i dont see how you can say its too small for it, the owner lets the rabbit out regularly and he is very well fed, however the rabbit is not the issue as the advertisment is for the CAGE as it is worded!!! The reason why the bunny is in the cage is too show potential customers that for a fairly small bunny/rabbit there is alot of space. anymore questions??"

I emailed them back advising that cage is too small to ever have a bun in and that pet shops are not a place to get advice on animal welfare!! Have said I would help rehome the bun if needed.
