    Hello All

I'm shooting a development taster tape for a channel about dogs, and I really need a border collie of any shape or size for a couple of hours to film with on 26/5 or 28/5. You will not have to be in front of the camera, so please don't worry if you're camera shy.

Please get in contact as soon as possible if you are in London or the surrounding areas on newton.velji@bbc.co.uk.

Many Thanks for all your help in advance.

    Newton

Try contacting Sarah at Wiccaweys BC rescue, I'm sure they'll happily provide you a suitable dog (with a free advert for the rescue ).

They might be better as I've just noticed the OP said London so guessing it's nearier for Valgrays than Wicc's? Doesn't matter which rescue just as long as one gets a credit for supplying a dog.

Whilst I'm flattered that you guys thought of me and Mags ;) (and I have replied to Newton's PM before seeing this thread), I think that it would be a much better idea to contact Valgrays in Surrey and potentially plug the rescue if it is possible?

Valgrays is closed until 21st May at the mo, so may not respond straight away. Here are their contact details: VALGRAYS BORDER COLLIE RESCUE - Contact us & Owner Forum

There is also The Border Collie Spot rescue, which is in Wokingham, so not far either:
