about 3 months ago i took a walk to whats called The Forum and theres a fab 2nd hand book shop called Story Teller.

anyone else have a story teller shop or is this a 1 off? all the adults paperbacks and 1 price, hardbacks another, but all really cheap!

its like a book mine lol

i go in looking for 1 thing and if its not there, 90% of the time its there the following week.
Just got 2 books by Nicholas Sparks :D for £1.60

No Story Teller bookshops where I am, this is the first I've heard of them so maybe it is a one-off

We have alot of cheap bookshops were you can get 3 books for a fiver but that's about it.

It must be a one off charity shop in your area, Vickie. Good if the books are cheap to buy there. Here we have Oxfam book shops & their books are not cheap at all.

Get yourself a kindle, there are loads of free ones to download and many others are under £1. You will soon get your money back for the cost of the reader.

Yep they're brand new. Depends what you mean by well known, I don't tend to read really well known authors but I've got things by Kate Furnivall, Ceceila Ahern (she's quite well known I think), Rebecca Wells. I think they are just generally books which have been in print for quite but you get a good mix crime, horror, romance, thrillers etc so there is always something for everyone. I generally get my books in there because it's so cheap. I love nothing more than a bookshop, they make me happy :)

The price in Oxfam depends on the store. Most are expensive, but there are a few cheap ones, so may be worth a look just in case yours is one of the cheap or reasonable priced ones.

No! I don't want a kindle. I like the smell & look of a proper book, I like holding it in my hands & turning the pages.
