Hi I have three blue rams all of them are constantly chasing each other . I don’t want them to be stressed out should we take them back. I’m not sure if there male or female 1463CCDC-5702-4D18-81B4-167A705F7C01.jpeg

    Hi.

They're all males. How big is the tank?

It's not big enough for 3 male blue ram territories. 1, yes, 2 maybe. 3 no.

How long have you had the fish?
How long have they had the growths?
Any test results for ammonia, nitrite, nitrate and pH?
When was the last water change and how much did you change?
    Any other fish affected?
    What's the temp?

At this point, it could be a fungal infections, could be columnaris.

Had the fish about two weeks.
The blue ram had the white spot on his fin when we got it and the Fabio has only got it today .
We changed 30% water two days ago - this was our first water change.
All our water was fine we took a sample to the pet shop.
    No other fish affected.
    Water temp is 27 Celsius

It's academic now, but never buy a fish with any obvious signs of disease, any fish from a tank with fish that are obviously sick, and if you can't see a filter in the tank, assume the tanks are all on a linked system (all filtered by the same filter) and if there's a sick fish in 1 tank on the system, avoid all other fish in any tank that's also on the system.

And invest in a quaratine tank - a clean, food grade plastic box will do, with a filter, heater and decor.

Try treating with aquarium salt at a rate of 1 teaspoon per 4.5ltrs. It wouldn't cure columnaris, but might if it's a fungal infection.
