    NB. For those that don’t know the bittern hide does exist there but you don’t always see a bittern:D

    Great shots. I've only ever seen one. That was at a local river and flood plains

    You know they've got more then one there don't you:D


    Seen a fair few over the years at Minsmere, another good place is Ham Wall near Glastonbury in Somerset.
    When we're staying at our static in the spring I often here them booming in the early morning.
