I have been working on freys fear of other dogs for a while now, i have a real fear that it is going to progress from her just being fearful to being fearful aggressive so we have been working on her meeting other dogs, most of them older dogs we have seen whilst out that i can see are slow movers so i have asked if it was okay to walk a while with them, then a quick sniff and off we go. If she actually has a sniff and says hello she gets sooo much loving, if not then we just try again. Have also been asking puppy owners as she doesnt seem to be as frightened of puppies, maybe they just arent a threat to her. Plus puppy owners are as grateful to me as i am to them as a lot will come up to me and ask if frey can be used for socialization. Well today we are going to my dads, he has 4 shi tzus, a westie and a yorkie. All adult dogs and all crazy, though not bad crazy. If she starts to get overwelmed we have an exit plan, im just hoping she can actually let go and have a play, she hasnt played with another dog for a long time :(

Went sooo well, she bared her teeth once after jimmy went to mount her a second time  but he listened to the warning and backed off. She had fun chasing charlie (westie) round the garden as he chased anything that moved. No pics today but we are going back on wednesday so will take lots of pics then, my fave girl is lucy, she only has one eye and is so adorable :D

I am so pleased with her, she did her monkey thing when we first went in, she will climb up me and every time i put her down she will do it again. All my dads dogs are very well socialised and havent got a nasty bone in their body, after the first initial sniff they just went on their way really. Im now hoping we can go a couple of times a week, maybe even get them all out together so she can learn from them on how to meet and great strange dogs.
