Just made some Liver cake for Rubys first birthday on Monday!

Not bad for me, not made a cake for anybody in years! Must have taken a special pup for me to break into baking, will now have my daughter on my back to make one for her!

Start of a slippery slope...although if you tell your daughter you only know how to make liver cake you should be safe ;)

Ruby shares a birthday with me then :D

Don't think I would like a liver cake right enough but the dogs will have any going spare ;)

It was so easy and cheap, even using organic flour, lambs liver etc I made two 1/2 size baking trays full and have cut it into small bite size treats, cos not sure what any bigger size bits will do to the poo production!!!

Think i might be tempted again to make some more it was really quick, just squirmed at the stringy bits of liver stuck to the blender that i had to pull off!
