bike ride

    Thought we would do something good today so OH went out and bought himself a bike.....we didnt get far and he asked to come home coz hes knackered lol

    hes fell asleep on the sofa, he is THAT unfit hahaha

    I know the feeling my daughter asked me to go horse riding with her a few weeks ago i borrowed a friends horse we were only out a couple of hours.....the next day i could hardly walk.....Brogan found it really funny and that night she happily went off to dance class....:eek: :)

    oh don't laugh but years ago i loved my bike, i would travel miles on her.Now i got myself mountain bike( DT & rona no laughing please) and god does it make my ...cough, splutter, ect ect sore.:mad: the mind is willing but the body says no.:(

    I love bike riding! Go on a bike ride everyday (If it doesn't rain) It actually doesnt keeo you fit, unless you push yourself! Like put all the gears the highest they can go... Well thats what the doctor said!

    lol it the seat still hurts my bum! i go like the clappers to work on it! :p

    he did say it was hurting his nuts! lol
    he will get fitter :)
    hes lost a stone just from eating better, smaller portions etc

    it does help to keep you healthy, it keeps your joints moving etc, its not all about getting your heart rate going crazy, thats not what fitness is all about :)
