    How old is he?

When you have said you are trying to crate train what have you been doing?

Who has a fractured leg, you or the dog? if it is you, then are you getting any help so that he gets sufficient exercise and stimulation?

Is he insured? as the cost of a behaviourist can sometimes be covered by your insurance via a veterinary referral and may be of great help to you.
