Annubias and Java Fern. Fixed to Rocks and Pebbles.
What is causing the the hairy Algea and what is growing off the Java Fern. They do not appear to be baby plantlets.

How long are your lights on for?

I'm not great with plants, but I do know that anubias is slow growing and needs very little light or it does tend to get covered in algae. My anubias is doing better since I moved it to the darkest part of my tank, well away from the lights.
