Heya i'm new to exotic pets like insects and beetles. In a year or so after i have some more money i was considering getting a Eastern Hercules Beetle because they look spectacular and fasanating, also live a longer than other beetles such as the Rhinoceros beetle (2 years longer) i was wondering is it legal to keep one as a pet since it is a forgein speices.

I was wondering if its legal to keep them as pets?
are they possible to get hold of?
and what laws must i be aware of to keep them?

(i am aware of all the feeding and living conditions they need though, but any advise you have on that will also be appreciated)
