Poor Baggio's had to have the chop! The other day I noticed one of his testicles was swollen and the vet thought it was probably a tumour, so he went in to have it removed yesterday. He's fine today, bless him, eating and drinking as normal and would be bouncing around like a tigger if we'd let him. The vet has just rung to say that the tumour was cancerous, but that its the kind that doesn't usually sprad to the rest of the body. So it looks as though he's had a lucky escape - I just have to keep hugging him and thanking God he's ok.

Thanks for the good wishes everyone - every time I look at him I just thank my lucky stars that he's going to be ok. He's fine at the moment but the other dogs are sulking - my OH wouldn't play football in the garden with them because it wasn't fair on Baggio - he took them on an extra long walk instead while I stayed home and spoilt Baggio to bits - but the minute they were back they still wanted to play football!

Well done for noticing something was 'different' and acting so quickly.
Really pleased that everything is OK now.
Good to hear that Baggio is doing well.
It must of been quite a scare.
