Gorgeous! I know what you mean about them making you laugh - we have 7 ducks, and they all have individual characters and crack me up most days!

we had 5 like them earlier last month in front of work (balancing pond at the end of our building) mother duck wouldn't let anyone out of the door while her babies were eating bugs in the borders... i got a few wing flaps and an open mouthed threat when walking past to the shop to get milk! evil git.. but very cute!

My gran had a duck in her garden with eggs, and she scared the mother duck away and she never came back so she ate the eggs...

You're lucky! The only things I get in my garden are weeds and dog poo.

They are so cute, baby ducks are really comical.

On one of the walks I take the dogs on there are swans and when they have had their babies the parent swans become very protective and rear up at the dogs. (I don't let them close)

Poor Max jumped so much when they did this the first time because he was used to them playing with him. (should laugh but watching a big dobie running, hiding behind my legs and just peeping round them was so funny)
