Its taken a damn sight longer than a year for him to get in that condition. Poor Floyd. I hope they do get a custodial sentence, its no more than they deserve.:mad::mad::mad::mad:

Poor dog.:mad: They deserve a custodial sentence.
Even if they couldnt afford a groomer why the hell couldnt they ct the dogs hair themselves??, it might not have been pretty but at least it would of been better than leaving the poor thing.:(

    Rightly named and shamed.

I think it's important to speak up for animals when they cannot speak up for themselves.

Embarrassment as a reason? No. Not when a LIFE is at risk. I hope they are very embarrassed to be publicly named now.

It just baffles me how people can do this to an animal that has no real means of defending itself - I'm so sorry you found your way to these humans Floyd, and may you be in peace now.

That is disgusting; I hope they throw the book at these people. They have sought help as soon as they realised they were struggling, leavingthe poor dog to get in this state because they were "embarrassed" is inexcusable!

At least the poor boy is at peace now - run free at the bridge little one

This news just really makes me point out what i've pointed out so many times - people need lessons on how to look after dogs. Poor Floyd, or Woody or whatever his name was went through so much suffering because of these idiots. Animals would be more happier if people were taught how to care for these beautiful creatures.

I want these people in jail for life. or hung. or buried in hair just to see what it feels like.
