I just rang them, as Dora was chipped in the USA and I want to change her details to me. I have to fill in a form and pay £12 to change the details. Our local council put new chips in for £5! And they even come to my house! Its ridiculous that AVID charge so much just for admin.

to change the details on line with AVID is only £5 (well, it was up to 7-8 months ago)

Apparently because its on the US database, and needs to be changed to the UK one.....
