    Last Sunday I went on a lovely walk that ended horribly with my dog biting another, no physical harm done thank goodness and I am more aware than ever of what her issues are so some good has come out of it.

    In the spirit of positive thinking I set off again this week to do it again to try and wipe out some of the bad thoughts. This time with camera, its a beautiful route, we go over our normal walking field, cross the road through the churchyard and across some more fields, another quiet lane and another field then you turn off onto an ancient byway, past some reed beds along an avenue of amazing old oaks and round till you get back to the church and home. No incidents, happy and tired two we were.

    The fields to begin with;

    Amazing old oaks, this one was huge and despite having no top it was still thriving away;

    Of course taking photos gives some others time to get into mischief and dig holes :rolleyes:

    I love the 'more mischief' photo the best :D

    It's been a sunny day here today too, so much nicer than the dull rainy days we've been getting lately.

    :D Wasn't quite sure what she was up to there burying her head in the grass but yes I actually didn't need my waterproof today :eek:, even when it hasn't rained its been damp and miserly.

    If we didn't have the horrible days we wouldn't appreciate the good ones as much :smile5:

    Lovely pics! :D

    It's been a beautiful day for a walk. The trees look stunning at the moment, so many colours. We had a lovely walk along the river & Roxy couldn't resist a swim despite the water being chilly

    Very true, we wouldn't, its pretty good this morning despite the radio telling me it was going to be wet and windy all week :)

    Thank you I think 'crackers', sums her up more though :p

    Thank you all, is Roxy crackers too then :D, It is lovely at the moment but the leaves are fast disappearing, and if it is windy all week then they will be gone! :(

    Thank you, I think I missed a trick though, I didn't realise they also do them with a clasp on the neck piece for head shy dogs (this one is whole so you have to place it over the head), she has a big head and thin neck and as the harness twists about (which I am pretty sure it shouldn't do :confused:) I think I should have got that one so I can adjust the neck straps more, if I tighten it wont fit over her head and I don't want to have to adjust it every time it goes on and off. I am going to email them later.
