There was lots of work to be done chasing things and sniffing for things and looking for things and watching things. :001_tongue:

Sorry I might have got carried away but I got quite excited that I even got them off my camera as I forgot to put the memory card in and the cable has not been working.

I do hope everyone else has had a lovely afternoon :smile5:

Funny as its how she often is. Lol.

    Thank you :-D

That's nice to know but we don't see enough off the lovely Tia either. ;-)

Why thank you. She's top of mine too. :-D

I would love to know what she is. Assume jrt crossed with ???

My fave guess is a lakeland type just based on her character and drive but could just as easily be a yorkie with her markings and they come in choccy

Think I need Specsavers, saw that first mushroom pic and thought, "blimey that's huge!"

Lovely photos and looks a really nice place to walk. Ninja is adorable in her enthusiasm.

No it is huge. Dinner plate sized. Apparently they taste good. They smell very earthy but I don't do shroooms. Dirty snaily things.

Its my new favourite place. Dogs have to be on lead because of sheep and game birds. Short leads in breeding season. But long lines are fine by us and her. Lets face it I would lose her if I let her off. The whole counties population of pheasants and partridge had come in to roost.
But mostly as it has a lovely wood one side of the heath and reedbeds the other no one bothers walking here. Which suits us just fine. ;)

Lovely photos, and looks like you had a great walk. I am very jealous - I love nice autumn walks. Still, dimwit is allowed up to 20 minutes now so we can walk all the way round the recreation ground

She is beautiful :) Her tail is very similar to Baileys when he has it curled- he sometimes has it flat.

    Sounds almost perfect :)

I love mushrooms so one the size of a dinner plate would be perfect for me. I'd never dare pick and eat wild ones, though

I'd lose Benji if I let him off somewhere full of birds, too. Walking on lead when there's no-one else around is perfectly lovely, anyway.

Oh no poor both of you, how long before her can be back up to normal walks, this wasnt far, for me, I mooched and took photos :D she went nuts :p

Thank you, she takes my breath away every day, we are very lucky to have been blessed with such a handsome man in Rory and a stunning girl in Ninja.

Curled tail is alert/stressed tail, so most of the time  but I actually like seeing it down as well as that's relaxed. When chewing on a good bone she looks most content :)

Another 1-2 months probably. It depends how he does with the physio/hydrotherapy. He's still pretty unsteady on the leg and needs to build up the muscle and strength. Knowing my luck it will be just in time for wet, muddy and dark walks :D
