Some of us are trying - but there are still idiots on the tube who use a tissue to cover their mouths or noses when they sneeze & they grab on a rail. So i try not to hold on when i don't have to & if i do, don't touch my eyes, nose or mouth until i have washed my hands.

I've also got the gel & if i sneeze (into a tissue) i clean my hands afterwards.

Yes it is thats why we cover our mouths and noses when we sneeze, but if you dont clean your hands afterwards and then touch something it can be caught off that.

I always carry a small bottle of anti-bacterial gel around with me and I've got a larger bottle in the house but I've been doing this for a while even before swine flu came around :D
