Or indeed a dog for this matter if you have one.

When/if they catch something...rodent, bird, reptile...whatever, do they ever eat thier catch?

Moe are old boy once caught a mouse in our old apt. He had it in his mouth with its tail hanging out. He then spat it back out and we rescued it.

And when I had Eddie my bird Moe was terrified of him.

My guys are indoors the only they've tried killing is me :eek6:

Only a couple of our cats will eat their prey. Most of the times I get it as a present, either alive or dead
Fianna, our Norwegian Forest cat brings in little critters alive and very carefully and then sets them free in the house and watches them. Guess she really wants a pet too :D

My mums cats used to catch, kill and eat their prey. Was lovely finding the leftovers on the slabs out the back next morning :yikes: Birds, rats, mice and the odd squirrel now and again.

I have had all different from different cats. Some will eat it all and leave the bones, and some just like to bring you live presents. Frogs, birds etc.

When I was about 14 I woke up in the pitch black to something divebombing my face and making a huge racket, I screamed so much I lost my voice. My dad ran in and turned the light on. Cat had caught a HUGE blackbird and let it loose in my bedroom at 4am. It took us 2 hours to catch it, and by then it was in shock and died :(

Sheba is quite partial to a daddy long legs! I often find dismembered legs around the house, or she has one sticking out of her mouth... bleck!

They are indoor cats so dont often hunt lol, but they do like a whole carcass dinner.

Billy my mutt has caught a few rats now while out walking in the woods. I have no doubt that he would eat them if i let him, but i remove them and refuse to let him munch x

AAAAW soo cute! i was lying in bed this morning, with my cat henry. (the black cat in my avatar) and there was a TINY innocent greenfly crawling accross my bed sheets. My cat sat watching then out of the blue, just gobbled it up! Very strange!
