And let me have the Annexe
For sale: 4-bed house, annexe, approx 1 acre - Snowdonia National Park
As long as you don't object to a bit of cat-sitting when I go me holibags. I'd be happy to return the favour of course when you want to go away.
And I do like Barmouth - quite a cute little seaside town. And Harlech is not too far the other way either.
We'd have to watch out for that Welshie one though.....
That is one beautiful house. I love the scenery surrounding it too. Wales is soooo pretty. I can't buy it though I only have £950 so I am a bit short
That is what i'm looking to pay for a 3 bed semi!!!! Shame it's only an acre....too small
If you see any weird face's looking through your window's then it's MEEEEEE hahahahaa
Well, there is a stable with a light fitting..... Bring yer sleeping bag!!!
That house is as cheap as chips....bit of land too.....be a good investment!
Bloomin' heck! Something like that round here would be double if not three times that price
It's beautiful  I've been looking at properties in Devon but might consider Wales too now - we can move anywhere now that we've sold the business and all of the children have left home :thumbup:
I thought that too, need at least 6 acres, I think.
haha my OH is on the look out for 100+ acres!!
The cats could live with a cat run that size I'm sure.
but not really enough for a small holding!! When i hear small holding i think chickens, sheep, pigs, goats, plus growing vegetables...can't do all that with only an acre!
There is an adjacent field available for rent so depending on the size of that....
But to be honest, I have a husband and he's enough hard work as it is without getting all those other animals too.
There was a lovely house on Escape to the Country yesterday with 10 acres, one downside & it was in Wales, was the price, but the people looking had more to spend than it was, they had come from the London area.
I wanted it, but they prefered the mystery house which didn't have any land at all & they had asked for land. No idea if they bought any, they never say do they.
It's a deal
Off to buy my lottery ticket now
Keep your fingers crossed
Oooo the dream, living in a lovely place with built in friends
you dont have friends
there's a spare room for you
too much of a commute for work me thinks.
then again me also thinks i may not have this job much longer.
Oh you are always so positive
