i dont booster every year. I never have. I do it every couple of years or If like now i have a new puppy coming to live with us.

So candy and the new girl will be done at the same time.

I do their first vaccine and then the first booster then a couple of years next booster.

My new girl i may have no choice but to do every year as shes going to be a show dog.

Just because your dog will be attending shows, this does not mean she HAS to be vaccinated.

There is arguments for both sides, I currently do not do the boosters.
They have had puppy vacs and they have the vacs for rats (I can't remember the name) as we live in the country. :)

You could always titre (sp?) test instead, but I'm not too sure on the costs for this.

    No not at all.

Most show schedules state, they have to be free of disease and illness 3 weeks prior to the show.

    Although many ignore this.

Its up to you, I always vaccinate as a puppy but i dont booster.
