Had the news today that I have a blood clot in my lung :( . Treating me with double dose of blood thinners injected in the stomach.

Started the other night when it felt like I had someone sat on my chest. Was never painful, but was just difficult to take in a full breath of air, so they did some blood tests which revealed that there may be a blood clot, then it was decided that there wasn't, now I have just been told this morning that they have changed their minds again and it is a blood clot. Been for xrays, but not had results back yet and got to so for a CT scan with contrast later, but the only problem is that everytime I've had to have a contrast CT done, I have reacted to the dye really badly, so really not looking forward to it at all, if they decide that I really need it... :(

Its 4 weeks ago today I was admitted nto this prison... I just want to go home! :crying:

Awww bless you, you have been in for a very long time, well I am baking a cake as we speak and inside will be a "file", so when they are all sleeping start filing the windows out and escape, we will hide you in here ok. But then if you do that you wont get the treatment you need  so you have to stay a bit longer;) Wishing you a speedy recovery. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Oh no Tanya I think you're falling apart slowly! ;)

I'm sorry you've had another blow. What will they do about the blood clot and the rest of the treatment? Big hug and I hope you get better soon.
