im bored, wht you looking for?, will surf the net for you x
Broomfield in Chelmsford, Essex. Have now persuaded her to go about 5-10 miles out of Broomfield if she has to. Has to be 3-4 bed, preferably not a galley kitchen. Offroad parking, decent garden preferably enclosed for dog and less than £250,000 :scared:

Has to look nice on the outside too, not in a council area etc. I'm going to try and look too, hopefully we can jynx it and she'll like the one she is viewing right now

Oh and space for an upright piano somewhere I want to take it now

Mum is heading back to where she grew up as her parents/siblings are around that area and Nana is about 81 and Papa 83 now, she wants to help out a bit as Nana doesn't make things easy, shall we say ;)

I'm not really looking forward to it because it means more chance of my car getting crashed into or damaged in car parks, less places to walk the dog (where she wants to be), less garden, less countryside, more noise, the list continues

I don't mind the change I just think I'm much more a countryside person than a townie really so it will take some getting used to ;)

Maybe it will give me a bit more motivation to get a good job and be a rich git and afford to live back in the country again (not Lincs, think this is about the only cheapish countryside place?).

Problem with school lane is its literally the road which has a school on and apparently you have to go the long way out of town to try and get out of the queues and its quite noisy/busy down that side. Plus she reckons the lounge isn't big enough for a corner suite (so that Rupert can have his own bit apparently )!

She could go to £260,000 I think in all honesty, especially if she gives a lower offer. This was our house that I'm currently sat in for anyone curious ;) ::

Its a bit lol worthy because people in the same village have bungalows up for the same price as our house..!! Its no wonder they aren't selling, they seem to think Lincs is where rich people live or something but its quite cheap really.

omg that is a gorgeous house!!
I love the front of it, not too keen on the beams but I think the rooms were quite small which is what put Mum off. She has me and my two brothers to live with when we visit. They are both 6'5 so have to try and fit us all in

How do you know its near the countryside?! Doesn't look bad that shame don't know bedroom dimensions though!

She wont have a painted house

Not too sure about that, probably wont like the price as it wants modernising!

She is looking at this right now:
3 bedroom semi-detached house for sale in Main Road, Chelmsford, CM1
